[fa icon="plus-square"] Can we bring a guest?

Yes, every Toast Champions Club inductee can invite one guest.  Your guest should be a spouse, significant other, sibling or best friend.  It should be someone that is an important part of your life.  


Please no kids.

[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All RSVP's must be received within 10 days of receiving your invite!  Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot in the January trip.



[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

You are responsible for booking your own flights.

To book your flight, please login to your NexTravel account and select the following information:

  • Arrival Airport is PUJ (Punta Cana International Airport)
  • Arrival Date is 1/12/18
  • Departure Date is 1/15/18
  • If you are bringing a guest, choose the option for 2 adults.
  • Select the lowest fare flight option that will work with your schedule.
  • When checking out, you will be asked to fill in a reason for travel section. Please enter Champions Club 2018. 
  • Please remember that since we are traveling internationally, a passport is required.
****Please note that if your guest will be traveling from a different location than you are, their ticket will need to be submitted as a separate request.


[fa icon="plus-square"] Is airport transportation provided?

Yes when you arrive to Punta Cana airport, please proceed through customs and immigration, then pickup luggage.  There will be luggage handlers who pull each bag and stack them up, it is okay to say no thank you and take your bag or you can use the luggage handlers (please provide tip).  Please follow signs towards the exit.  You will hotel counters to the left and on the right companies holding up individual signs.  Please look for the Toast sign held by Connect DMC once you exit the airport.  

To make the arrival process quicker and more pleasant we have purchased each guest their tourist card and emailed them it.  Please print it out BEFORE ARRIVAL.  This will save 30+ minutes of waiting in line and is the same cost if purchased ahead of time.

For departures you must check out from the hotel, keep that departure card and meet downstairs from the lobby check-in.  We will be departing from the downstairs exit (where the arrivals private check-in table was setup).  

[fa icon="plus-square"] Are all restaurants included in the all-inclusive plan?

All restaurants except for Passion are included in the all-inclusive meal plan.  If you choose to dine at the specialty restaurant Passion we ask for each attendee to cover this cost on their own.

La Palapa is only available for Royal Service guests.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What should we pack?

This is a casual Caribbean vacation so please pack accordingly. 

We do recommend men to bring closed shoes (loafers, etc) and one pair of long trousers.  

For the specialty restaurants at dinner we recommend men to wear closed shoes as culturally flip flops are only encouraged during the day.

The welcome party is located pool-side.  The farewell party is located beach-side so there will be a rack to leave shoes upon arrival.  

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

Yes, all additional costs will need to be covered by you individually.  The Paradisus Suites are now all sold out for extensions so going forward only the Luxury Junior Suites are available so the extension will be $190 per person per night to extend at this all-inclusive resort.

The hotel will make its best efforts to keep you in the same room at check-in and either provide the complimentary upgrade for 4 nights in the Luxury Junior Suite and leave you in the same room at the $170 per night cost.  Again this is not guaranteed but efforts will be made!

[fa icon="plus-square"] This property is all-inclusive, is there anything not included?

The big items that are not included are Motorized Watersports (non-motorized are included), Spa and Hair Salon services, all lessons (scuba, tennis, etc), laundry/dry cleaning, and gift shop purchases.  

Mini bar drinks are included but ordering bottles from room service menu is not included**

Also in the restaurants, wine by the bottle, sake by the bottles and imported beers are specialty outlets are not included (example Japanese beers).

If it states a price and a charge, assume that the item will not be included in the all-inclusive package and you will need to cover that personally.  


This is a fully all-inclusive so this should not be a problem.


[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  All updates and changes will be communicated to you through email in a timely manner.  This means you should be using the hotel wi-fi once a day to check for any updates or special events added.

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
